Building systems that learn.

I'm the managing partner in an AI company. This site is where I think out loud — on machine intelligence, building products people actually use, and what comes next.

About

I'm an engineer who started an AI company with my partners. The thesis is simple: the distance between a model that demos well and a system that runs every day is where most of the value — and most of the work — lives.

This site is the personal side of that work. Notes on machine intelligence, on turning research into product, and on running a company while the field reinvents itself every six months.

Operating principles

How I think

01

Ship the loop

A model in production beats ten in notebooks. Data feeds AI, AI feeds growth, growth produces more data. The loop is the product.

02

Specifics over superlatives

Real numbers, real timelines, real constraints. Claims are earned, not announced.

03

Compound quietly

Six-month bets, daily execution. The future arrives gradually, then suddenly — be positioned for both.
